Life Story Careers AirPods Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility: This drawing is open to individuals who are over 18 years or over as of the entry date. Participants must have a LinkedIn account in good standing and must be connected to the Life Story Careers LinkedIn page prior to the entry. Employees of Life Story Careers, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. The drawing is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor: The drawing is sponsored by Life Story Careers, located in Denver, Colorado.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the drawing constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Period: The Entry period begins on April 29, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on May 29th, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, entrants must be connected to the Life Story Careers LinkedIn page. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

6. Drawing: On May 30th, 2025, Life Story Careers will select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

7. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: The potential winner will be notified via LinkedIn message within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place at random from all entries received. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

8. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of AirPods. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.

9. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the drawing is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the drawing to address the impairment and then resume the drawing; or (b) award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. Winner List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Life Story Careers AirPods Giveaway Winner List, 9249 S Broadway #216, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the conclusion of the Entry Period.
