The Leadership Ascension Program
Our Life Story Career Leadership Ascension Program is an 8-week program uniquely designed to support individuals transitioning into management or leadership roles, particularly after a promotion. Our coaches work one-on-one with their clients during the program, designed to upskill or enhance clients’ management and leadership skills. This course is also highly recommended for individuals wishing to refresh their leadership skills. Books and materials curated for the program will be provided at the program’s start.
